The Salvation Army Offers School of Music and Arts Summer Camp!
Chattanooga, TN – The Salvation Army is proud to offer local youth summer classes in brass band, music theory and chorus at our School of Music and Arts. Elective offerings include percussion, guitar, art, piano/keyboard and dance.
"The school has allowed my child to try new things, be successful and do so in a safe and encouraging environment" said Carol, the mother of a 14 year old student currently studying trombone, guitar and chorus. "The lessons are affordable, interesting and the instructors are fantastic. We sing the school's praises!"
The camp will be held at The Salvation Army Citadel Corps and Community Center located at 1019 North Moore Road, Chattanooga, TN 37411. The summer program will run Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM starting June 7th and concluding June 25th.
Registration will take place Tuesday, May 25th and Monday, June 1st through Thursday, June 4th by appointment only. Camp fees total $60 for the three weeks. Boys and girls entering 3rd through 12th grade are invited to register for this year's summer session. Those who register on May 25th will receive a discount!
