Helping Families in Crisis

For the out-of-work and for the thousands of working poor who are employed but still living in poverty, The Salvation Army provides emergency assistance to help get families through crisis situations.

The Salvation Army's social services encompass a wide range of programs to help individuals and families overcome daunting obstacles. We strive to empower people and to enable those in need to change their circumstances and overcome the challenges that stand in their way. Our services include emergency assistance, crisis intervention, self-sufficiency programs, counseling, food and clothing assistance, utility assistance, referral services and much more.
