Coffee that changes lives
Situated on Inman Street, walking distance to Lee University in Cleveland, TN, Cheryl and Joel Rogers use their skills working with youth and college students to share the gospel with a trendy new social enterprise strategy.
Inman Street Coffeehouse opened in 2011 inside The Salvation Army’s Cleveland building, not only offering a warm cup o’ Joe, but offering job training and educational programs, community engagement and outreach and most of all, a fun and entertaining atmosphere with some of Tennessee’s best artists stopping through to play concerts all year round.
The Inman Coffeehouse builds positive, godly relationships with young persons through Christ-centered mentorship in a caring environment.
Focusing on leadership training and service in the community, the program teaches individual responsibility as well as marketable job skills. This empowers the youth to make God-honoring, positive choices that will last a lifetime.
